Refund Policy

We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged.

If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund, including shipping, to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse.

  • Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable unless damaged.

  • Refunds will not be issued for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
